Contract Manufacturing
The continuous update of our machinery park allows us to offer services using the most modern tools. Based on 16 CNC turning and milling machines and machining centres, as well as on traditional lathes and milling machines, we are able to produce piece as well as mass production.
We complement our services offering additional machining methods, such as sawing, flat grinding, honing, broaching and welding.
Drawings are as welcome as production-oriented design files. Thanks to our well-equipped measuring area, we can offer test protocols and accompanying certificates on demand.

The CNC-lathes grant a maximum turning length of up to 1.500 mm, a turning diameter of up to 550 mm and for bar machining a turning diameter of up to 90 mm.
The CNC-vertical milling machines allow working ranges of up to 1000 x 500 x 640 mm.
With our 5 axis machining centre we are able to produce components up to a size of 1750 x 600 x 800 mm.
